Recruiting terms
No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire. This describes our standard contingency model. The signed client recruiting agreement controls fee calculations, payment obligations, introductions, exclusions and other commercial terms.
We offer a candidate replacement guarantee on standard search agreements. The applicable period and exact terms are set out in the signed client recruiting agreement.
Candidates and job listings
Adding a profile does not guarantee contact, feedback, an interview, an offer or a job. Public job listings appear only after approval and may change or close. Do not treat the illustrative candidate brief as an available person.
Information and responsible use
Website information is general recruiting context, not legal, investment or compensation advice. Salary snapshots are placeholders until approved data is available. Do not use the forms for false requests, abusive messages or confidential material you are not authorized to share.
