No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire.
Information you provide
We collect the details submitted in our employer and candidate forms: name, company where relevant, email, phone, role, location, referral source and notes. We also record an industry context and any confidential-search request, the source page, campaign attribution and consent time.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, financial account details or confidential employer records. The site does not need those details to start an inquiry.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to assess and respond to recruiting requests, consider candidates for relevant searches, maintain recruiting records and protect the forms from abuse.
Submitting a form authorizes contact about that request or relevant opportunities as described beside the form. It does not enroll you in a marketing campaign. We do not sell form submissions.
Service providers
We use hosting and database services to operate the site. Resend handles configured email alerts, and Loxo supports recruiting contact records and notes. Service providers receive only information needed for those functions.
We use Google Calendar links for optional bookings. Google's service and privacy terms apply when you leave this site to use a booking link.
First-party measurement
We record form views, form starts, progression to the second step, accepted submissions, booking-link clicks and call-link clicks in our own database. Events contain a page path, campaign labels and a random session identifier, not the contents of form fields. Successful submission events link to the separate recruiting record. The admin report covers the last 30 days and excludes development test events.
A random identifier and campaign labels are kept in browser session storage to connect page visits within that session. No third-party advertising tracker is loaded. Submitted contact details remain in the separate recruiting record and are not copied into anonymous event payloads.
Cookies and security
Signed, HTTP-only cookies support employer download access and private admin sessions. Access cookies expire after 180 days; admin sessions expire after eight hours. The site does not use an advertising tracking popup.
Abuse limits store a keyed hash of the requester address, not the address itself. Private lead information is not written to browser storage or request logs. These safeguards reduce risk but do not promise absolute security.
Retention and choices
Recruiting records are kept while needed for the inquiry, legitimate recruiting activity and applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or stop contacting you, using the contact form.
We may retain information needed for legal obligations, a dispute or suppression of further contact. Candidate introductions to an employer are handled with appropriate consent.
