A job-opening request is the right path when you can describe the seat. Include the location, the reporting line and what has to improve after the person starts. You can paste a job description or upload a document. The useful part is not its formatting. It is whether it tells a candidate what they will own and where they will get support.
A proposal request is different. You may be comparing recruiting models, planning a portfolio takeover or deciding which positions should be filled first. Tell us the scope and the decision you need to make. We can discuss whether direct search fits before you turn an operating plan into separate requisitions.
The role picker is a starting point, not a restriction. Choose the family closest to the work, then enter the exact title your team uses. Business manager can mean an apartment assistant role; portfolio manager can mean association accounts or investment oversight. Include the responsibility when the title alone could send us in the wrong direction.
Urgency tells us how you are thinking about the vacancy. It does not buy a promised completion date. A manager leaving now, a planned replacement and a new property opening need different conversations about handover. Give us an accurate view of the timing and who can make interview decisions.
Your phone number is optional. A work email, company and name let us establish who is requesting the search. If you include a phone, use a number where we can discuss the brief privately. Avoid putting resident details or confidential employee information into a job description. Describe the operating issue without exposing someone who is not part of the inquiry.
After submission, we review the role and contact you to calibrate the search. You will know what information is missing and what the next step involves. Ivan or a senior team member will reach out soon. If you want to speak sooner, use the configured booking link or call the published company number.
Our process
Real Estate Headhunters begins with the decisions behind your vacancy, not an advert. You get a clear brief, a mapped candidate pool and evidence from direct conversations. We help you distinguish an interested person from a qualified fit, then support interviews and the decision without promising a completion date.
A brief that settles the operating problem, reporting line, location, compensation and who can approve the hire.
A view of relevant working backgrounds, asset types and experience rather than a search based only on titles.
Direct ways to approach relevant people respectfully, without relying on applications or exposing a confidential vacancy.
A conversation about your actual role, with follow-up that establishes whether a move is worth discussing.
Evidence about responsibilities, relevant results, systems and the practical reasons someone would accept the move.
A short list with context for interviews, objections and decisions, not a stack of unexplained resumes.

No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire under the standard contingency agreement. The signed agreement sets the terms; read the fee page before authorizing the search.
The scope of the job, candidate availability and your interview decisions affect the search. We explain the market response and agree next steps rather than promise a numeric deadline.
We ask about the reasons for a move before an introduction. You still need a clear offer and an honest account of the job; an increase in pay alone may not resolve why someone considered leaving.
We offer a candidate replacement guarantee on standard search agreements. The applicable period and exact terms are set out in the signed client recruiting agreement.
We do not sell job-board reposting or send an unqualified resume stack. Standard permanent search is not hourly consulting or a retained assignment. Different engagements require agreed terms.
CAM has different meanings. NAA CAM is the Certified Apartment Manager credential. The Florida community association manager license is a separate license, cited here as an example of state licensing. In commercial budgets, CAM means common area maintenance. We check the credential or license relevant to the opening, where the state requires it.
