Recruiter's read
Recruiter's read, qualitative: Real Estate Manager, Multi-Unit Site Selection is a hiring brief, not a BLS category. Check asset class, portfolio scope, systems, compliance responsibility and who owns the result. The mapped wage distribution describes a wider labor market. It does not price your specific property, shift or reporting line. Use the published figures as context, then discuss what the job really requires.
What changed since the last release
These are two published distributions, not a projection or a same-worker pay-rise measure. Changes in coverage, sampling or area boundaries can affect comparison.

What to keep separate in the pay package
BLS straight-time gross wages include base rates, guaranteed pay and production bonuses. Discretionary and other nonproduction bonuses are excluded. Keep the base offer and any separate bonus terms clear. OEWS excludes overtime and on-call pay. Ask whether the assignment carries an on-call obligation and describe its pay separately. Housing benefits and rent discounts are not a reason to subtract an assumed amount from the published wage. BLS excludes discounts. A vehicle allowance and an expense reimbursement need their own explanation; do not silently add them to this base-pay comparison. Benefits and relocation terms should be stated separately. These notes explain the survey definition, not an estimate of total compensation.

CAM has different meanings. NAA CAM is the Certified Apartment Manager credential. The Florida community association manager license is a separate license, cited here as an example of state licensing. In commercial budgets, CAM means common area maintenance. We check the credential or license relevant to the opening, where the state requires it.
